3 reasons Heat will beat Celtics in Game 7 to reach 2022 NBA Finals

With their backs against the wall, the Miami Heat successfully tied the series after emerging victorious in Game 6 against the Boston Celtics with a 111-103 victory.

A huge game from Jimmy Butler allowed   the team to get back in the thick of things and force a Game 7 on their home floor.

Through six games, it was evident how both teams have shown that they are capable of surviving this series and advancing to the next round.

With that said, Game 7 will surely be anyone’s ball game and the outcome of the tilt can go either way.

Let’s take a look at three reasons the Heat will overcome the Celtics in Game 7 to return to the NBA Finals after a one-year absence.

3. Game 7 will be played on Miami’s home floor.
By being the top seed in the Eastern     Conference, the Heat have garnered home-court advantage in each of their playoff matchups this season. This includes Game 7 of the Conference Finals against the Celtics.

2. The momentum is on the Heat’s side heading to the final game of the series.

After a disappointing Game 5 loss, the Heat bounced back and put up a stellar showing in Game 6. It wasn’t a one-sided affair but Miami executed better in the closing stages of the game to force a winner-take-all Game 7 against the Celtics.

1. Erik Spoelstra’s squad has more playoff experience.

The Celtics may have tenured vets in Al Horford and Marcus Smart who both have played in several playoff games through the years. Younger players in Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown have also earned significant playoff experience despite still being at the early stages of their careers.
